The Red Rock Go app is tailored to serve homeowners and board members, providing a comprehensive platform for managing various aspects of your HOA. The application facilitates seamless payment processing, account management, and access to community information, consolidated for user convenience.

Existing users with a Red Rock portal login can access the app using the same email address and password. New users without an existing login can easily register by clicking the registration button and submitting their details. Following approval, an email will be sent with a link to set your password, enabling direct login through the app.

Upon login, homeowners can utilize the following features:

• Make dues payments and view account ledger
• Access personal dashboard
• View association documents and photographs
• Contact Red Rock support
• Submit and track work orders
• Monitor and respond to violations
• Submit Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with photos and attachments via mobile device

Board members are provided with additional capabilities, including:

• Review and manage board tasks
• Evaluate and approve ACC requests
• Access and review board documents
• Monitor violations and enforcement actions
• Approve invoices
